Walmart Health FAQs
The final day of operations for Walmart Health is Friday, June 28th.
As of June 1, Walmart Health Virtual Care is no longer providing services to patients who are not part of a membership or benefits program. If you have access to Walmart Health Virtual Care visits through your employer or another membership program, please visit walmarthealthvirtualcare.com or call 855-636-3669.
Walmart Health & Wellness services will continue to operate, including Walmart Pharmacy and Walmart Vision Centers. You can still pick up prescriptions and receive care at a Vision Center.
We are only seeing existing patients who have previously been seen by a Walmart Health provider. We are not accepting new patient walk-ins.
Exceptions may apply for Centene members and patients on certain Medicare Advantage plans; please call the Care Center at 800-891-0315 if you believe this applies to you.
Existing patients should call the Care Center at 800-891-0315 to adjust their upcoming appointments. Patients should note that the last day Walmart Health will be open is Friday, June 28, and we encourage you to establish care with another provider.
Walmart Health cannot provide patients with contact information for providers or information about future practices. Patients will have the opportunity to obtain or transfer their health records following the process below.
