Duties & Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of the flow of operations within Secure Logistics Services and coordinating with stakeholders ensure optimal service delivery to clients
Working with vendors for up-keeping of facility and operability of equipment
Tracking on reporting strength for daily operations
Act as point of contact to stakeholders for any operational matters, incidents, and necessary follow-up actions
Ensure high standards of security and facilitate smooth operations within the secure facility
Taking initiative in seeking continuous improvement in operational and administrative processes
Monitor staffs' adherence to all company policies, procedures, business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented
Generate and provide operational performance reports to respective stakeholders
Management and ensuring adherence to access control procedures
Diploma/ Degree from a recognized institution of any discipline
Candidates with experience in leadership positions will be considered favourably
Effective team players with strong coordination skills
Strong ability in resource planning, organization & implementation
Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong computer literacy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work on 12-hours rotating shift
