Are you a licensed CPA with extensive public accounting experience, coupled with proficiency in CCH Axcess and ProSystem Engagement software and their Reporting Tools? Keystone CPAs is seeking a highly skilled CPA CCH Consultant to provide mentoring and consultative support within our firm. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our efficiency through process optimization and innovative strategies. Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Provide mentoring and consultative support to Firm leaders and staff, focusing on CCH Axcess Tax and ProSystem Engagement Reporting Tools & Dashboards.
Recommend and implement more efficient ways to perform professional services and utilize technology.
Assist in streamlining accounting processes through the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and efficient workflows.
Identify opportunities to scale the business by implementing organized structures and systems.
Serve as the subject matter expert for CCH Axcess Tax and ProSystem Engagement.
Offer guidance and support to Tax Accountants in effectively utilizing software tools for accounting tasks and client management.
Evaluate existing practices and procedures, suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and guides for accounting processes and software usage.
Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards within the firm.
Qualifications:
CPA license with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a public accounting firm.
Expertise in CCH Axcess Tax and ProSystem Engagement, including Reporting Tools and Dashboards.
Strong tech-savviness and familiarity with various accounting software and tools.
Proven track record of mentoring and providing consultative support to staff.
Passionate about accounting and process optimization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Detail-oriented with a focus on creating organized structures and efficient workflows.

Pay: $75-$100 per hour
