The `Ohana has finished hardwood floors and an airy open floor plan, which accommodates 1-2 Guests comfortably.
The Bedroom has a comfy King sized bed, ceiling fan, zero gravity recliner, ample walk-in Closet, and a wide hand finished native wood desktop in the Study nook, to meet your virtual office space needs.
The large Parlor is flooded with natural light and equipped with full sized refrigerator, double steel sink, round glass table and chairs, utensils, kitchen tools, blender, rice cooker and coffee maker. Prepare meals in the electric toaster oven, microwave or crockpot, on the deluxe 2 burner propane stovetop, in the air fryer, or on a hibachi available outdoors.
(We also suggest exploring local meal options at nearby restaurants and farmers markets.)
A Single bed in the Parlor is the perfect day-bed/couch, and sleeps 1 Guest in their own private room by night.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the Lanai. The mirrored, slate lined, covered Outdoor Shower is located on the end of the Lanai, inviting you to bathe in the lush beauty of nature while enjoying convenience, comfort, rustic elegance and privacy.
The intimate indoor Restroom with toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet is behind sliding louvered wooden doors, conveniently situated between Bedroom and Parlor for privacy from both rooms.
Puna Beach Palisades is a very QUIET, upscale, artsy, child friendly, safe, beach community neighborhood.
Off-street parking is available for 1 car.
The Lanai, yard, and orchard are all clothing optional, and lie beyond the large windows in both Bedroom and Parlor, which provide views of the swaying palms, fragrant jungle flowers, and tropical fruit trees.
House and grounds are 420 friendly. Tobacco out on the street only, please.
